Nation Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in London. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include providing personal care and assistance to clients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will support clients with medication reminders and help manage their medication schedules. Other duties include meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, engaging in companionship activities, and maintaining accurate documentation of care provided.
