We have an exciting opportunity for a Community District Nurse (Band 5 RGN) to work with an NHS Trust in the Feltham area, West London. This is an adhoc locum position within the District Nursing service, with proposed working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30. The role is set to begin immediately and will be ongoing adhoc shifts.

• Provide community nursing care as part of the District Nursing team.
• Deliver patient-centred care to individuals in the community setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement care plans.

• Minimum 1 year of community nursing experience.
• Be a driver with access to a vehicle.
• Access to Systm One.
• Essential community nursing skills including: catheter care, compression bandaging and IV therapy.
