Requirements

• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (insured for business use).
• The right to work in the UK.
• Availability for at least
  16 hours per week and alternate weekends.
• You must live locally to the Epsom and Sutton area.

Your Role As a Care Assistant

• Provide personal care and daily living support that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
• Help clients maintain their independence with dignity and respect.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
• Drive clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their well-being along the way.
• Use your excellent communication and IT skills to support care planning and documentation.

No experience? No problem.

Whether you're starting fresh or bringing experience from healthcare, childcare, cleaning, or customer servicewell support you with everything you need to become an exceptional Care Assistant.
