Person Specification Qualifications- Applicants should have previous experience as a Care Assistant, with a caring and compassionate approach to working with the elderly. A relevant qualification in health and social care, such as an NVQ or diploma, would be desirable. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
