We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant with Knowledge of Insurance Billing and Collections to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for billing processes, ensuring accuracy, maintaining records, and providing support to residents and internal departments.
JOB SUMMARY
:
Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.

Education and Experience:
- High School
-or- equivalent 2 years related experience - Excel and data entry skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
