Clinical Referral Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Fully Remote (Occasional London visits)
Location: City of London, London, United Kingdom
We are a pioneering, psychiatry‑led digital health provider scaling our ADHD services. We need a Clinical Referral Coordinator to drive the expansion of our referral hub.
Responsibilities- Manage the referral pipeline directly within Systm One.
- Ensure patients transition seamlessly from the NHS to our digital assessment portal.
- Work directly with the COO and Head of Clinical Ops to provide world‑class support to patients.
- Expertise in Systm One.
- Understanding of NHS referral pathways (Right to Choose experience is a massive bonus).
- A meticulous approach to data and a passion for improving patient journeys.
- Founding member status – first person dedicated to the referral hub with opportunity to grow a team.
- Remote‑first flexibility with occasional London visits.
- Impact: support the NHS‑to‑private transition to help solve the ADHD assessment crisis.
