ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber

Harley Street ADHD and Young Wellbeing Hub are looking for an experienced Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our growing team on a flexible, ad-hoc basis. This is a fully remote role spanning both services, working with patients across the lifespan, from young people to adults.

You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ADHD prescribing across two established services. Working flexibly around your existing commitments, you’ll manage medication reviews, initiation, and titration as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT), all entirely remotely.

You’ll be conducting ADHD assessments, medication reviews and managing the initiation and titration of treatment for both adults and young people, maintaining accurate clinical records, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and wider healthcare professionals. You’ll work with a high degree of clinical autonomy while remaining well-supported by our virtual MDT.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Independent Non-Medical Prescriber with significant, demonstrable experience in ADHD prescribing; including titration and medication management. You’ll need to be confident working independently in a remote setting and comfortable managing cases across both adult and paediatric/young person populations. Experience working within an MDT environment is essential.

This role offers genuine flexibility; you choose when you work, making it ideal as a portfolio or supplementary position. You’ll be paid per appointment with commission on top, fully remote with no commute, and supported by a friendly and experienced clinical team across both Harley Street ADHD and Young Wellbeing Hub.
