Role Overview
The post holder will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of women’s health patient engagement events and group consultations across North East London (NEL). This is a fixed-term, project-based role working 26 hours per week, which will include some evening working during the week in line with service delivery requirements. The role builds on a successful model established in City & Hackney and supports its expansion across the wider NEL system.
The role will provide dedicated project management, operational oversight and facilitation to ensure high-quality delivery, effective stakeholder engagement and robust evaluation. The post holder will work closely with primary care, community organisations, clinical teams, and system partners to co‑produce and deliver culturally responsive engagement activities that address inequalities in women’s health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a programme of women’s health engagement events and group consultations across NEL
- Coordinate with GP practices, PCNs, community partners and clinical teams to identify priorities, populations and delivery approaches
- Facilitate virtual and face‑to‑face engagement events and group consultations, ensuring a positive patient experience
- Oversee operational arrangements including scheduling, venues, clinician participation, patient registration and pathways
- Lead evaluation of activity, capturing outcomes, feedback and learning to inform service improvement and sustainability
- Maintain effective governance, reporting and financial oversight in line with Trust and ICB requirements
