We are seeking discreet, professional, Arabic-speaking Care Workers to support VIP international patients transitioning from hospital to recovery in our exclusive, luxury apartments in North West London. This is not a standard care role – it is a premium opportunity to combine clinical expertise with exceptional hospitality, ensuring every patient’s experience is safe, comfortable, and dignified.
You will be the personal touchpoint for patients and families, coordinating with hospital teams, clinicians, and private care providers, ensuring recovery is seamless, stress-free, and personalised.
Your Role
Luxury Discharge Support:
Facilitate smooth, safe transitions from hospital to recovery apartments.
Personalised Patient Assistance:
Provide tailored support including mobility, meal preparation, and daily routines, all delivered with discretion and care.
VIP
Experience:
Ensure every patient and family feels prioritised, comfortable, and supported.
Coordination & Advocacy:
Liaise between hospital teams, private care services, and families to guarantee continuity of care.
Observing & Reporting:
Monitor wellbeing and promptly escalate any medical or care concerns.
Accurate Documentation:
Complete necessary care records and discharge paperwork with precision.
Who You Are
Fluent in Arabic and English
Experienced in hospital, healthcare, or private care settings
Skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
Committed to discretion, dignity, and VIP-level service
Knowledgeable about patient safety, safeguarding, and confidentiality
