Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking a Bluebird Community Link Worker to join the Liaison and Diversion service operating across London. The role supports vulnerable people in contact with the criminal justice system by delivering short-term holistic support, referrals, accompaniment to appointments and 1:1 work to improve wellbeing and readiness to engage with services.
This approach is underpinned by trauma-informed practice.
