Following a reduction in her working hours from 36 to 21 hours per week as part of a flexible retirement arrangement, there is now a 18-hour gap within the team. I would therefore like to recruit an additional worker on a fixed-term contract to cover these 18 hours. This would help to maintain staffing capacity and manage the team's workload effectively.
