Competitive We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Physiotherapy team at The Princess Grace Hospital.

The team provides inpatient care across a range of specialties including orthopaedic and spinal surgeries and ITU.Working within our inpatient therapies department, you will provide clinical leadership across our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services, a team of 7 permanent staff plus Bank. Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you will help drive clinical excellence, service development and quality improvement initiatives.

You will support and develop colleagues through clinical supervision, mentoring and education, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based care across a broad range of inpatient specialities. As a senior clinician, you will lead on clinical governance activities including audit, outcome measurement and service improvement projects, while building strong relationships with consultants, referrers and key stakeholders.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will manage a highly specialised caseload, using advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose and treat complex patients, while providing clinical experience and support across intensive care and wards as required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist with strong clinical and leadership skills to play a key role within one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers.
