As a Band 6 Specialist MSK Physiotherapist, you will:

Manage your own caseload, taking professional responsibility for the assessment, treatment and ongoing management of patients in your care.
Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients with a range of acute, chronic and complex MSK presentations, using strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills.
Develop and deliver individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans using evidence-based practice and appropriate treatment techniques.
Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care, supporting an inclusive and equitable service for all patients.
Recognise the limits of your practice and seek appropriate support through clinical supervision, senior colleagues and multidisciplinary discussions.
Work in accordance with professional standards, national guidance and Trust policies.
Communicate with compassion and sensitivity when supporting patients with complex physical, psychological or social needs.
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team and refer patients to appropriate services, including other physiotherapy specialties, Podiatry and Biomechanics.
Participate in multidisciplinary assessments where required to support coordinated patient care.

Knowledge of Clinical Governance and its influence on Service Development
Knowledge of recent research supporting or negating physiotherapy management of neuromusculoskeletal conditions

This is a permanent, full-time role, with a primary base in Barnet. The role will involve working across a number of CLCH clinics and sites within Barnet, providing high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will join a supportive and experienced MSK team, with opportunities to further develop your clinical reasoning, assessment and treatment skills while working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
