24-Month Clinical Research Graduate Programme offering hands‑on experience in clinical trial coordination, study management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within Clinical Research.
As part of the Clinical Research team, you will work as trainee Clinical Trial Co‑Ordinate. Providing office-based support to the teams that work on our company clinical programs in the UK. The opportunity to conduct field visits at trial sites based in the UK under supervision. Throughout your twenty‑four months here, you will be given the opportunity to gain a full insight into the principles and practices of a Clinical Research Department within a global company.
Working in a professional and friendly environment, you will support the members of our study teams, whilst developing your knowledge and practical skills in setting up and conducting clinical trials. Experiences will include field visits to our trial sites and training on our clinical management systems and processes.
This role will be based in our modern state-of-the-art co‑working facilities in Moorgate, London. This site, at the heart of London provides fantastic amenities, support services and collaborative work spaces with convenient transport links.

Responsibilities:- Support the coordination and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with study requirements.
- Contribute to key Clinical Research initiatives that support the successful delivery of local studies and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage and maintain essential study documentation and reporting through clinical systems and study management tools.
- Collaborate with study teams and finance partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities throughout the study lifecycle.
- Build knowledge of clinical research processes, systems, regulations, and best practices through structured training and practical experience.
- Support internal meetings, team events, and cross‑functional projects while developing strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Completed, or due to complete, a BSc degree (or equivalent qualification) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates planning, analytical and organisational skills.
- Interest in clinical research, healthcare innovation, and the development of new medicines and vaccines.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage documentation, track activities, and maintain accurate records in a highly regulated environment.
We are looking for students based in the UK who complete their undergraduate degree between 2025 and 2027.
Important Note:- We do not provide sponsorship for UK work visas during or after the graduate program.
- To be eligible for the 2-year program, you must have the right to work in the UK for its entire duration (Until August 2029).
