Hourly rate: £14.00.

Job Description

First impressions are everything! As a Front Office Team Member, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Responsibilities
  • Greet, check in, check out, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
  • Take the initiative to add a personalised experience.
  • Handle payments (credit cards and cash).
  • Communicate with guests by email and on the phone.
  • Work morning or afternoon shifts according to the needs of the business.
  • Enroll guests in Accor Loyalty Membership.
  • Promote hotel facilities and enhance a guest’s stay through up‑selling.
  • Actively sell special promotions and facilities available within the hotel.
  • Maintain a service‑focused personality; experience is an asset.
  • Handle guest complaints following Accor standards.
  • Communicate with all departments and ensure information is passed to the next shift and colleagues.
  • Keep task list completed.
  • Proactively resolve problems.
  • Work with Opera or related systems (plus).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Provide luggage and portage services.
Candidate Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous front office experience (desired).
