Luggage Porter – Zedwell Hotel

Zedwell Hotel is looking for a reliable and well organised Luggage Porter to join our team. This role is based entirely in the luggage room and is key to ensuring guest belongings are handled safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, tagging, storing, and returning guest luggage while keeping the luggage room clean and orderly at all times. You will work closely with the front office team to support guest arrivals and departures and ensure hotel procedures are followed.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and a professional attitude are essential. Previous hotel or porter experience is an advantage but not required.
