We are looking for someone to own the hiring strategy for Get Ground - this is your change to define what excellence in hiring can look like. In addition you will be:

• End-to-end recruitment across UK and Philippines, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
• Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches
• Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools
• Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values
• Tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes
• Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly

• Background in fintech, proptech, or high-growth startups
