Recruitment Administrator

Join our team as a Recruiter at Stanley Ley, a renowned British fashion retailer with over 120 years of heritage. As a recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth and maintain our high standards.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
