Compensation Manager – EMEANetflix is a leading entertainment service with over 300 million paid memberships worldwide. We build a unique compensation approach that uses market data and internal analysis to pay employees at the top of their market. To support this effort, we are building a global compensation team and need a Manager of Compensation to partner with functional leaders across EMEA.
In This Role You Will- Partner with teams in Product, Technology, Gaming, Finance, Legal, Talent, Content, Studio Operations, Marketing & PR, and Ads to develop a regional perspective on compensation.
- Provide education, insight, and direction to HR partners, Talent Acquisition partners, and business leaders across EMEA.
- Analyze compensation data to support decisions and track market trends.
- Identify market movement trends, assess gaps, and recommend talent‑related actions.
- Consult HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams on Netflix’s Compensation Philosophy and mechanisms.
- Participate in compensation surveys and develop Market Reference Ranges with functional leaders.
- Develop tools and processes that support compensation initiatives for a growing business area.
- Support global compensation programs such as pay equity, compensation philosophy training, reviews, and ongoing initiatives (job architecture, workforce planning).
- 8+ years of compensation experience.
- Experience providing guidance to HRBPs and business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large data sets using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and passion for compensation.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working through inconsistencies.
- Experience with custom compensation programs and models.
- Strong communication and engagement skills.
