Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert HR guidance and support across the UK and ROI. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to drive people strategies that align with business objectives, foster a high‑performance culture, and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies, mitigating risk and promoting best practices, including representation and preparation of tribunal bundles should any claims arise.
- Support change management processes, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformation.
- Collaborate with the HR Shared Services Team to develop processes and procedures that enhance best practice and improve HR operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage UK benefits administration.
- Attend monthly payroll meetings to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision‑making and improve business performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a complex, multinational organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
