The Role

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll support experienced consultants while learning the fundamentals of specialist recruitment. This is a hands‑on role that offers excellent training, exposure to the insurance market, and a clear progression path into a full 360 consultant position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing and screening
  • Linked In & job board searching
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates across the insurance sector
  • Conducting candidate screening and managing applications
  • Assisting with job advertising and market research
  • Learning client management and recruitment processes end‑to‑end
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
About You

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and keen to learn. You don’t need previous recruitment experience – attitude and potential matter most.

You’ll ideally have
  • An interest in the insurance industry or a desire to build a career in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (confident on the phone)
  • A proactive and resilient mindset
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
