About usUnited Media focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one (Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtech
X, CFO insights, Retail Insights and Set Sales).
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building the greatest brand within Insurtech. You will own our recruiting process and be encouraged to push beyond your comfort zone to become an expert. You will be based at our HQ in London.

Your ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will vary; however, some examples include:
- Coordinate with the CEO for weekly strategy sessions and candidate meetings
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach
- Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process (CV screening)
- Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse
- Renew and update job postings via the platform
- Update job descriptions to attract more candidates
- Ensure synchronization between First Mind and Greenhouse
- Report to senior recruitment and to the CEO
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
- Have a UK work permit
- Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you
- Take ownership, be proactive and follow through on commitments
- Desire to learn, develop, and push yourself
- No prior recruiting experience is required; we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting
Location and schedule:
The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our Buckingham Gate offices. We operate at a fast pace and value collaboration in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
