What You’ll Do Talent and Workforce Planning

• Across an account of 800 people, assist with the development of onboarding programmes, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Maintain updated lists of key personnel and roles (Facilities Management and Real Estate) at least annually.
• Develop and report succession and backup plans for key roles (FM quarterly; RE biannually).
• Ensure continuity of service delivery during planned and unplanned absences, including transition plans within 30 days of departure notifications.

• Provide managers with guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement counselling.
• Work with managers to identify employment‑related risks and initiate investigations and grievance processes.
• Apply in‑depth knowledge of principles and procedures to resolve complex People‑related issues.

• Manage structured recruitment and onboarding processes to eliminate delays, reduce turnover and ensure staff understand role requirements.
• Maintain onboarding programmes for.two FM staff and ensure RE staff are fully onboarded to CBRE and the client, living and breathing our values.
• Report on onboarding and engagement metrics to underpin continuous improvement.

• Conduct training on onboarding, recruitment, management, performance management, diversity and other relevant topics.
• Coach others, sharing expertise across multiple job disciplines within the function.

• Track KPIs and CPIs related to Account Team Vacancy.
• Track KPIs and CPIs related to Skills & Competency Matrix.
• Track KPIs and CPIs related bic to Staff Onboarding.
• Track KPIs and CPIs related to Succession Planning.
• Ensure People-related KPIs and incentives are agreed and implemented.
• Oversee People-related reporting.

CIPD qualified desirable with solid experience in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
