Focusing on bringing much-needed thought, intelligence, and calculation to the recruitment field. Working in an open and relaxed where personality and communication are encouraged, and intelligent recruiting is taught.

Commission: 1st year OTE £40,000, 2nd year OTE £70,000. Unlimited earning potential, people in year three have earned 200K+!

Location:
Cannon St, City of London

The Role:

• Conducting research via telephone referencing and interviews
• Spotting top talent pools and industry performances
• Market mapping
• Speaking with prospective hires and providing them with information about clients and current demands
• Creating competitor analyses
• Calling references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses.
• Establishing a strong network of market sources
• Finding and establishing new client connections - full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients.
• Developing a thorough understanding of your market
