Location:

City of London. Salary: £22,000-£24,000 + Commission.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and ongoing development to help you become an expert within the MEP BIM (Building Information Modelling) & Digital Engineering sectors. You'll support the team in sourcing top engineering and BIM talent, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing specialist desk.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates within MEP Design and MEP BIM disciplines
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage job adverts, applications, and candidate pipelines
• Conduct candidate interviews and gather compliance documentation
• Support senior consultants with client delivery and account management
• Learn and apply recruitment best practices, sales techniques, and market knowledge
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
• Work towards weekly and monthly activity and billing targets
• Represent the Eden Brown brand professionally within the built environment sector

• A genuine interest in the built environment, engineering, or technical recruitment (preferred but not essential)
