A specialist tech-focused recruitment consultancy is growing and looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong business development mindset to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll have autonomy, support from experienced leadership, and a commission structure that genuinely rewards performance.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞:
✅ Full 360 recruitment responsibility – BD, client management, and delivery
✅ Developing new client relationships and growing existing accounts
✅ Managing roles end-to-end from brief through to placement
✅ Delivering resource and work package recruitment solutions
✅ Building a strong personal brand within your market
