The Role

This is a true 360 Tech Recruiter position where you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from winning new clients to placing candidates and closing deals. You’ll be given the tools, support, and autonomy to build a profitable desk quickly, with no limits on earnings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full 360 recruitment across tech roles
  • Business development and client relationship management
  • Proactive candidate sourcing and qualification
  • Managing multiple live roles across contract and permanent hiring
  • Negotiating fees, offers, and closing placements
  • Building a strong personal brand within the tech market
About You
  • Experience as a 360 recruiter or strong delivery consultant ready to go full desk
  • Confident, competitive, and motivated by sales and commission
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and winning business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, social, high-energy environment
