My client, a leading specialist recruitment firm based in the City of London, requires a Delivery Consultant to work with existing Financial Services and Commerce & Industry clients going through Change & Transformation projects.

You will be an experienced Technology or Change recruiter with a passion for delivering exceptional service to senior stakeholders. Ideally coming from an Interims background, you will have worked on roles up to £1500pd and managed multiple contractors.

If you have the gravitas to be successful working with clients at CTO/CIO and HR Director level, have the drive, a desire to succeed, and experience of recruiting Change professionals in any market place then my client would love to meet with you.

In return, they can offer an attractive basic salary, an excellent commission structure which includes a monthly bonus scheme and quarterly incentives.

• Provide end-to-end recruitment services for Change & Transformation projects within Financial Services and Commerce & Industry clients.
• Source, screen, and place Technology or Change professionals, including Interim/Contract hires, and manage multiple contractor placements.
• Engage with senior stakeholders at CTO/CIO and HR Director levels to understand requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.

• Proven experience as a Technology or Change recruiter with an Interims background preferred.
• Track record of filling roles up to £1500pd and managing multiple contractors.
• Ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders and deliver exceptional service.
