They are now seeking driven and talented graduates to join their expanding team as Trainee Executive Search Consultants. From the start, youll embark on an extensive 24-month training program covering all aspects of candidate sourcing, client management, and the full recruitment process. Youll begin building valuable client relationships as early as two months into your role, laying the foundation for a successful and long-lasting career.

• Starting Salary: £30k base

As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, youll engage in thorough, continuous market research, developing expertise in specific candidate pools and current business trends. You will support senior consultants in various assignments by mapping out potential candidates and conducting personalized outreach. Your responsibilities will extend to accompanying consultants in candidate interviews and attending client meetings to contribute to understanding briefs, presenting short-lists, and concluding successful searches.
