Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

Salary: £30K basic, OTE £50K year 1, £70K year 2

They are best known for partnering with leading consumer brands across technology, digital, telecommunications and media, supporting them through periods of change, transformation, and growth. Clients include Amazon, Starbucks, ASOS and British Airways (to name a few!).

Joining at this exciting stage of growth means you will play a key role in shaping the future of the firm. You will be trained directly by the founder, who has a proven track record of developing high-performing consultants and top billers within executive search.

What is Executive Search?
  • Headhunting senior and C-suite professionals with niche skill sets and specific industry experience.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and leadership needs.
  • Pitching for and winning retained search assignments on an exclusive basis.
  • Building and mapping markets to identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Producing detailed longlists and shortlists of high-calibre candidates.
  • Managing candidates through the full process and securing successful placements.
The Requirements:
  • Graduate, career changer, or junior professional with a strong interest in recruitment or executive search.
  • Evidence of drive, resilience, and achievement - this could be academic, professional, sporting, or personal.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confidence communicating with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, with strong research skills and patience.
  • A desire to learn, progress, and build a long-term career in executive search.
