What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Conducting candidate interviews and market research
• Supporting consultants on client delivery and account management
• Building your knowledge of the insurance market and its key functions (Actuarial, Risk, Finance, etc.)

• A recent graduate (any discipline welcome)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
• Highly organised with a strong work ethic
• Motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment
