As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Enzo Tech Group, you will play a vital role in connecting high-caliber candidates with leading clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with candidates and clients to identify ideal matches for successful placements
• Proactively sourcing and headhunting top talent
• Generating and qualifying new business leads
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
