Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Academy (April 2026 start date)

£26,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

After a successful year we are looking to carry out our first ever Graduate/Trainee Academy which commences in January 2026.

As a Trainee/Graduate Consultant
, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships within our core markets Data & AI. Here is what to expect in this academy :

• Months 1-3 Candidate Sourcing: Access to live roles from day one to work on. Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier contract/perm candidates.
• Months 3-6 Business Development: Proactively building a client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and negotiating terms with leading financial institutions.

• Student mentality – coming in and being naturally intuitive and eager to learn

• Live Roles: Having access to work on live roles from day one, giving you the opportunity to earn commission from day one.
