Client Development

• Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and market insight
• Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring goals
• Negotiate terms and manage ongoing client partnerships

Talent Sourcing

• Find and engage top candidates via Linked In, job platforms, referrals, and internal tools
• Conduct interviews, qualify candidates, and match them to suitable roles
• Guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment journey

End-to-End Delivery

• Hit and exceed personal and team performance targets
• Keep your CRM updated with accurate and timely information
• Stay informed on the latest trends in your niche area – whether that’s Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, or another tech vertical

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment role (full 360 preferred; 180 considered)
• Strong billing history and confident working to KPIs
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and resilient under pressure
• Understanding of or interest in tech recruitment is a bonus
