The Incentives- £27.5k base salary that increases to £32k with a promotion

- Fast-paced, sales-based role
- Match up clients and candidates and make successful placements
- Do business development to find your own clients to work with exclusively
- Source candidates for your clients via headhunting, cold calling and networking
- Organise interviews and prep candidates
- Negotiate the deal and consult clients
- Make a placement!
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Minimum BBB at A-Level
- Sports background
- Sales experience is preferred
- Driven and self-motivated
- Hard working
- Target orientated
