• Embedded Partnership: Build deep relationships with internal UK R&D leaders to translate business goals into talent needs.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire recruitment process from creative sourcing to the offer stage.
• Strategic Consulting: Deliver monthly metrics and trends to provide real-time consultation on hiring progress.

  Experience:
  
  Maintain exceptional standards and provide timely feedback throughout the lifecycle.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Technical Recruiter; experience in both agency and corporate environments is a plus.
• Technical Sourcing: Demonstrated success in building pipelines for complex technical roles.
• Professional Savvy: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to push back constructively to drive impact.
• Systems: Proficiency with and Linked In Recruiter.
