Job Title: SAP Success Factors ECP Functional Lead

Location: UK - one trip per week to client site
Contract Length: 8 Months

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Lead for an 8-month contract to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ECP solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure a successful delivery aligned with business requirements and global best practices.

• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Act as the primary point of contact for functional matters related to ECP

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver payroll solutions across regions

• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and manage functional documentation

• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live support

• Ensure compliance with local legal and tax regulations related to payroll processing
