The TeamAs a member of the Reward and People Risk team, you’ll be joining a group of experienced, dedicated and supportive professionals who continuously deliver work to a very high standard and provide exceptional service to their stakeholders. You will work closely with Global Pension and Benefits Lead and will have the support of a UK based Benefits Specialist.
What You’ll Do- Deliver the day‑to‑day management, delivery and communication of our UK benefits ensuring alignment to business objectives.
- Support the management of our global benefits offering to help ensure it aligns with business objectives, complies with local legislation, and is harmonised where possible with support from our local People and Culture teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, external consultants and vendors to review, evolve and benchmark benefit programmes.
- Support the design and development of new benefits initiatives, aligned with our global principles yet tailored for local markets as appropriate.
- Lead on the annual benefits renewal process, including data analysis, costing, reporting and engagement communications.
- Provide expert guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on policy, practice and regulatory matters.
- Drive education and engagement campaigns to help colleagues understand and maximise the value of their benefits.
- Ensure all benefits administration – including enrolments, changes and invoicing – is delivered accurately and efficiently.
Maintain current knowledge of best practice and statutory requirements, monitoring trends and proactively recommending enhancements.
The Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications You Need- Sound understanding of employee benefits, ideally within a global Financial Services or professional services environment.
- Experience managing benefit vendor and broker relationships, including renewals, negotiations and implementation.
- Experience in running benefit projects from planning through to execution.
- Up-to‑date knowledge of relevant employment/benefits legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with confidential and sensitive information.
The Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications That Will Help- Professional qualification in Reward, HR or Benefits.
- Experience working with, or awareness of, international benefits.
Experience with the Darwin benefits system and the Oracle HCM HR system.
