LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT (INTERIM) Contract details

• Some international travel may be required

We are supporting a large publicly listed multinational organisation on the appointment of a senior Leadership Development specialist to join on a 9-month PAYE day-rate contract.

This role sits within a global leadership and talent function at a time of significant investment in leadership capability across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing leadership development initiatives within a complex international environment.

Working closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, the role will focus on designing leadership programmes and ensuring they are successfully embedded across a global organisation.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• strong leadership development expertise at Head or Director level
• experience designing and implementing leadership programmes at scale
• the ability to operate effectively within large, complex matrix organisations
• a practical, hands‑on approach to execution in a fast‑moving environment
• strong stakeholder management across senior leadership populations

Candidates will typically have operated within FTSE / Fortune 500 scale organisations and will ideally bring experience from retail, consumer or FMCG environments.

This role will suit someone comfortable operating at pace and able to balance strategic programme design with the operational detail required to make leadership initiatives land successfully.
