You’ll influence how we build technical capability, future‑prove our workforce, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and communities.

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist engineering and renewable energy roles
• Build proactive talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance and strengthen direct sourcing
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and workforce planning guidance to senior stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through data, systems and collaboration
• Champion an outstanding, inclusive candidate experience that reflects Mitie’s values
• Strategic workforce planning, insight‑led talent solutions and future skills development

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in technical engineering or renewable energy
• Confidence balancing immediate hiring needs with longer‑term workforce planning
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• A collaborative, curious mindset and motivation to build capability for the future
• Experience developing sustainable pipelines, including early careers or internal mobility
