We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Recruitment & Retention Co-ordinator to support the Trust's community services investment programme. Working under the Workforce Recruitment & Retention Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for recruiting managers and candidates, keeping vacancies moving smoothly from approval through to a new starter's first day. You'll maintain accurate vacancy trackers, flag delays and gaps early, and support pre-employment checks in line with NHS Employment Check Standards.
You'll liaise with North London Partners Shared Services (NLPSS) on day-to-day vacancy processing and system updates, and coordinate onboarding with IT, Estates and Security so new starters have access, parking and badges ready before day one. This is a varied, people-focused role suited to someone methodical and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in NHS recruitment processes.

- Five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification or demonstrable workplace literacy and numeracy
- Degree or equivalent working experience in recruitment and retention and/or HR
- Evidence of continuing professional development or commitment to learning in an administrative, HR, or recruitment context
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR/recruitment qualification, or willingness to work towards
- Experience of working in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role, preferably within an NHS or public sector organisation
- Experience of supporting or coordinating recruitment activity including scheduling, candidate liaison, and vacancy tracking
- Experience of using TRAC, NHS Jobs, or equivalent NHS e-recruitment platforms
- Experience of maintaining accurate records and producing tracker updates or basic reports using Microsoft Excel or equivalent
- Experience of liaising with a shared service or centralised function (e.g. NLPSS or equivalent) on administrative or process queries
- Experience of coordinating practical arrangements across multiple teams (e.g. IT, Estates, Security) for onboarding or event purposes
