Location: City Of London

A dynamic and fast-paced Business Consultancy based in Central London is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to expand their HR expertise within a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with GDPR.
    • Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters, and other employee documentation.
    • Support the onboarding process, including organising induction schedules and collecting necessary paperwork.
  • Recruitment Support:
    • Coordinate job postings across various platforms and manage applications.
    • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Employee Engagement and Development:
    • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and events.
    • Organise training sessions and maintain training records.
    • Support performance review processes by scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
  • HR Operations:
    • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating issues when necessary.
    • Provide administrative support for payroll, including updating employee changes and ensuring accurate reporting.
    • Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience (desirable).
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
