We are partnering with a fast-growing, remote-first global technology organisation to recruit an Interim Compensation Analyst for an initial assignment of approximately five to six months.

The role will provide additional analytical and operational support to an established compensation team during a period of planned leave and wider activity across the function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compensation analyst who enjoys working with data, modelling different compensation scenarios and taking ownership within a fast-paced international environment.

The role will primarily focus on compensation, with some additional benefits-related responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support compensation modelling and scenario analysis across multiple international markets.
• Assist with the administration and delivery of compensation-cycle activity.
• Analyse large and complex employee and compensation datasets.
