The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the firm is hiring an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its London team. This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will:

Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandates
Source and engage candidates using a range of tools and strategies
Build expertise in the early-stage technology market
Conduct candidate screening and interviews
