You will deliver a compassionate, high-quality HR service focused on employee relations, reducing sickness absence and strengthening managers' capability. This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on:
- Leading and managing a varied employee relations caseload, primarily focused on sickness absence, alongside misconduct, grievances and appeals, including complex and sensitive cases
- Driving reductions in sickness absence through proactive case management, with a particular focus on long-term absence, frequent short-term absence and areas with persistently high absence levels At Imperial College Healthcare you can achieve extraordinary things with extraordinary people, working with leading clinicians pushing boundaries in patient care.
