Role:Talent Acquisition Partner
Location:
London (Liverpool Street area)
Working Pattern:
Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week on-site
- Managing the end-to-end contractor hiring process from approval through to onboarding.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the client organisation and supplier network.
- Managing the full contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, performance management and offboarding.
- Coordinating contractor payroll processes, invoice administration and workforce reporting.
- Producing regular management information, reporting and insights using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Providing market intelligence and benchmarking information to support hiring decisions.
- Working closely with recruitment delivery teams and third-party suppliers to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
- Ensuring all recruitment and contractor management processes meet compliance and quality requirements.
- Supporting quarterly business reviews and workforce planning activities through data and reporting.
- Essential Recruitment experience, ideally gained within an in-house, RPO, MSP or embedded recruitment environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing recruitment processes from requisition through to onboarding.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling reporting, MI and data manipulation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working independently and handling challenging conversations when required.
- Knowledge of the banking, financial services or technology sectors.
- Desirable Experience supporting contractor populations or contingent workforce programmes.
- Exposure to payroll, invoicing or workforce administration processes.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Knowledge of ATS and workforce management systems.
