HR Business Partner - Consultancy/Accountancy
Join a globally renowned professional services firm in London.
Your New RoleAs HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across the business to drive people initiatives that support organisational objectives, employee engagement, and business performance.
This is a varied role offering a blend of strategic partnering and hands-on delivery, including:
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and providing commercially focused HR advice.
- Supporting the delivery of people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Partnering with Centres of Expertise including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
- Coaching and supporting managers on a range of people-related matters.
- Leading and supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, processes, and employee experiences.
- Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting international and multi-site stakeholder groups where applicable.
We're interested in speaking with experienced HR professionals who enjoy building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving business-focused people solutions.
You will ideally have:
- Experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Previous experience in professional services, consultancy or accounting organisations would be advantageous.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed or international teams is beneficial.
