Deliveroo is seeking an experienced operations professional to join the Rider Onboarding Operations team. You will own the onboarding funnel, run audits, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to keep the rider fleet aligned with customer demand.
You will report to the Onboarding Team Lead and contribute to end-to-end onboarding processes, audits, and training documentation while working in a hybrid setup across London or Manchester.
