About the role

We're looking for an HR Business Partner Support [Employee Relations] to join our dedicated Employee Relations team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialist HR discipline, working alongside experienced ER Business Partners who will support your development every step of the way.

Whether you're looking to build on your existing HR experience or take the next step towards becoming an Employee Relations specialist, this role will provide invaluable exposure to complex casework, employment legislation, and strategic ER initiatives.

Based at our London Blackfriars office, you'll be part of a collaborative HR community where learning, development, and professional growth are actively encouraged.

Your experience and skills

What you'll be doing

As a key member of the Employee Relations team, you'll support our ER Business Partners in delivering expert advice and guidance across the business. You'll:

  • Provide proactive Employee Relations support to ER Business Partners and local HR teams.
  • Support the management of complex and high-risk ER cases by conducting research, gathering information, and preparing case documentation.
  • Take accurate and confidential notes during investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, and other formal employee relations meetings.
  • Assist with Employment Tribunal administration, including preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Analyse ER data and prepare reports that support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Employee Relations processes, policies, and ways of working.
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation, case law, and ER best practice.
  • Support and participate in a variety of Employee Relations projects and initiatives that drive positive business outcomes.

It would be great if you also have

  • Previous Employee Relations or HR Advisory experience.
  • Experience supporting formal employment processes such as investigations, disciplinary, grievance, or capability cases.
