Location: City of London

We are recruiting a Coordinator to support in attracting and hiring talented people across a wide range of office, construction site and factory-based positions. Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, you'll be involved in everything from supporting the sourcing of candidates to arranging interviews, monitoring compliance and security checks and helping to create a positive and welcoming onboarding experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing an exceptional recruitment experience, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

The role is office based in London Bridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience by managing communications and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment journey
  • Monitor and manage job advertisements across a variety of online recruitment platforms, ensuring vacancies are accurate, engaging and effectively promoted.
  • Coordinate interviews ensuring all activity is organised in a timely fashion
  • Support the onboarding and pre-boarding process, helping new starters feel informed, welcomed and prepared for their first day
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity using the applicant tracking system
  • Create and advertise engaging job adverts across relevant channels to attract high-quality and diverse talent
  • Supporting recruitment events, careers fairs and employer branding initiatives

Skills and Experience

  • The ability to support multiple vacancies and priorities with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a desire to continuously learn
  • Administration skills/good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience or internships in similar HR or recruitment roles are a plus.
